White Castle and Zucchini Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Cheese (Parmesan); shredded
1 whole egg; whisked with ricotta
8 ozs of ricotta
8 ozs of spaghetti sauce (no meat)
4 Tbsps of flour
3 pcs of zucchini (small)
10 pcs of hamburgers (White Castle)
Instructions:
Spread buttered garlic on the bread buns after removing the onions and hamburgers from White Castle Burgers. Layer zucchini at the base of your baking pan. Dust with some flour.
Layer the onions and burgers on top then mix in the spaghetti sauce. Smear the egg and ricotta mixture over top then place a layer of Parmesan on top.
Bake for half an hour (350 degrees F). Set it aside for ten minutes then broil the bread buns until they are toasted. Scoop casserole on each of the bread buns.
