Vidalia Onion Casserole Recipe III
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of half and half
1 & 1/2 c of cheese (Swiss); grated
2 c of water
1 c of rice (uncooked
1/2 c of butter
3 lbs of onions (Vidalia); sliced thinly
Instructions:
Preset oven (325 degrees F). Saute onions using butter. Meanwhile boil your rice for five minutes then drain them well.
Put onions, cheese then rice inside a baking pan then decant the half and half over. Bake for one hour.
