Turkey and Stuffing Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 c of chicken or turkey cutlets
1/2 c of water
1/2 c of soured cream
1 container/can of chicken soup (cream, condensed)
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
1/2 c of onions; chopped
1/2 c of celery; sliced
2 c of stuffing mix (herb flavored)
1/3 c of butter
Instructions:
Preset oven (350 degrees F).
Melt the one third cup of butter then mix in the store bought stuffing. Set it aside. Saute onions and celery using two tablespoons of butter until onions run clear. Mix in the soup, soured cream with water and mix well. Take off from fire.
Mix in the turkey cutlets with half the stuffing mixture. Mix well. Decant to a baking pan the layer remainder of your stuffing over. Bake for half an hour ’till dish is bubbly.
