Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of Cheddar; grated
1 package carrots and carrots (frozen, 10 ozs)
1 can of onions (French, 2.8 ozs); fried & divided
1 can of tuna (12.5 ozs); drained & flaked
3 c of cooked pasta (rotini, hot)
1&1/4 c of milk
1 can of soup (cream of mushrooms)
Instructions:
Mix together milk and soup. Add the tuna, pasta, two thirds cup of onions, cheese and vegetables. Place a cover on top then microwave for ten minutes ’till piping hot.
Layer remainder of the onions over dish then microwave once more for a minute. Good for six.
