Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 can of peas (sweet)
1 can of tuna (large)
4 c of noodles (egg)
2 c of milk
1/8 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of onion; diced
2 Tbsps of flour
3 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Melt butter then add flour and onions then season with pepper and salt. Mix in the milk then simmer over moderate heat. When mixture is velvety thick, remove from fire.
Prepare the noodles as per package instructions. Mix together tuna and peas, noodles and milk mixture. Decant to a baking dish that has been lightly greased.
Bake for half an hour (350 degrees F).
