Tuna-Cashew Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of celery; chopped
1/4 lb of nuts (cashew)
1 container/can of tuna; remove liquid
1/4 c of water
1 container/can of soup (cream of mushroom)
1 container/can of noodles (Chow Mien, 3 ozs)
Instructions:
Mix together, mushroom soup, tuna, cashew nuts, water and celery. Transfer to a baking dish then top with the noodles. Bake without cover for an hour (350 degrees F).
