Tuna and Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of rice (store bought)
1/2 c of onions; minced
1 canned milk soup
1 canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of peas (frozen)
1 canned tuna chunks in water (6 ozs); drained
Instructions:
Mix together tuna chunks, peas, mushroom soup, milk soup, onions and rice. Transfer to a two quart baking dish then bake for forty five minutes, covered (350 degrees F). Good for four people.
