Triple Cheesy Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Bread crumbs (dried)
1/2 c of cheese (Parmesan); shredded
2 c of cheese (cottage)
2 c of Cheddar; shredded
4 c of chicken (cooked); cut into bite sized pieces
1 pack of noodles (egg, 8 ozs); cooked & drained
1/2 tsp of basil (dried)
1 jar of pimiento (2 ozs); chopped
1 can of mushrooms (8 ozs); sliced
1 can of cream soup (chicken)
1/2 c of bell pepper; diced
1 pc of onion (small); diced
2 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Saute the bell peppers and onions until onions run clear. Take off from heat then mix in chicken soup, pimientos, basil and mushrooms. Set it aside.
Combine together noodles, cheeses and chicken. Decant the chicken soup over your noodles then mix thoroughly. Decant to a baking pan that has been slightly greased.
Pop inside the oven for forty five minutes (350 degrees F) ’till bubbly. Dust with crumbs then bake ten minutes to toast crumbs. Good for ten persons.
