Three Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter or margarine
1 whole egg; whisked
8 ozs of soured cream
1 pack of muffin mix (Jiffy, corn)
1 can corn kernels (8 ozs, cream style)
1 can corn kernels (8 ozs, whole)
Instructions:
Preset oven (350 degrees F). Mix together corns, muffin mix, egg and soured cream. Mix thoroughly.
Decant onto a baking pan. Cut butter into small squares then dot on top of casserole. Bake for fifteen minutes, then remove from the oven in order to stir evenly.
Place back in the oven in order to cook for another half an hour.
