Tamale Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of chilies (Nalley’s Big Chunk, 15 ozs)
1 can of corn (whole kernels)
1/2 c of olives (ripe); sliced
1 can of tamales (Nalley’s Beef Tamales)
1/3 c of cheese (American); grated
Instructions:
Preheat oven (350 degrees F).
Mix together fifteen ounce container store bought chili (Nalley’s Big Chunk), one can corn (whole kernels) that has been drained plus one half cup of olives (ripe) that has been sliced. Transfer mixture to a baking pan.
Remove the parchment included in the can of your store bought tamales (Nalley’s Beef Tamales) then place all tamales at the top of the parchment.
Layer with your sauce plus one third cup of cheese that has been grated. Bake for twenty minutes. Good for four persons.
