Swiss Parmesan Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of chives; chopped
1/2 c cheese (Swiss); shredded
1/2 c cream
6 Tbsps of butter
6 pcs of potatoes; skins removed then sliced thinly
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1&1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Preset oven (400 degrees F). Combine together the Parmesan, pepper and salt. Place potatoes inside a lightly greased two quart baking dish.
Top using the cheese preparation. Cut up small butter squares then place on top of the dish. Cover the dish using foil then bake 60 minutes. After an hour, remove the foil then decant cream on the casserole.
Layer Swiss cheese atop then bake again for five minutes ’till the cheese has melted. Dust chives over prior to serving.
