Swiss Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter; melted
2 c of stuffing mixture (herb-flavored)
1/4 c of milk
1 canned soup (cream of chicken)
6 slices of cheese (Swiss)
6 pcs chicken breasts fillet; halved
Instructions:
Place chicken breast fillets inside a buttered baking dish. Layer cheese on top. Mix together milk and soup then decant over the chicken.
Spread stuffing mixture on top then pour small amounts of butter that has been melted on top. Place a cover then bake for fifty minutes (350 degrees F).
May be frozen then reheated.
