Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of spice (pumpkin pie)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 Tbsp of butter; melted
1/4 c of muscovado sugar
1/4 c apricots (dried); sliced
1/2 c of pecan; halved each
1/2 c of syrup (maple)
1 can of pineapple (crushed, 8 ozs); drained
1 can of sweet potatoes (2 lb 8 ozs); drained
Instructions:
Preset oven (350 degrees F). Place potatoes inside a two quart baking pan. Mix together spices, salt, sugar, apricots, pecan, maple syrup and pineapple.
Decant over the potatoes then bake for forty five minutes. Good for ten people.
