Squash Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
1&1/2 c of cheese; finely grated
1 canned soup (cream of mushroom)
3/4 stick of butter
2 pcs of chicken or vegetable cubes (seasoning)
1 pc of large onion
1 squash (mesh)
Instructions:
Cook squash with onion in boiling water with chicken or vegetable cube until fork tender. Drain off all water. Add the butter then stir to combine. Season it with pepper and salt.
Add the cheese then soup. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Bake for half an hour ’till bubbly (350 degrees F).
