Spirited Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
1/4 c of vermouth (dry)
1 c of cranberries
1 jar of apple sauce (1 lb)
1 Tbsp of soup (onion)
6 pcs of pork chops (large)
Instructions:
Mix the salt, soup, pepper then rosemary. Rub on all sides of the meat. Fry meat until browned.
Place the cranberries and applesauce inside a baking dish. Add the meat then the vermouth. Place the lid on and then bake for an hour and a half (325 degrees F).
