Spinach Lasagna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken; de-boned
Chicken broth
Mushrooms (fresh)
Tarragon leaves
1 c of soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of soured cream
2 c of cheese
2 Tbsps of mustard
1/4 c of butter
1 pack of spaghetti (spinach flavor)
2 packs of store bought spinach (frozen)
Instructions:
Cook chicken and season with tarragon in pressure cooker for half an hour. Prepare spinach as per package directions. Mix the mustard, butter, spinach then blitz using a blender.
Pour a few amounts of broth at the base of your baking pan. Place noodles then spinach next. Meanwhile, saute the mushrooms then layer atop noodle and spinach.
Next layer the cooked chicken above the vegetable. Sprinkle cheese generously atop chicken then decant soured cream and all of soup over the dish. Bake until casserole is bubbly (350 degrees F).
