Spinach Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 of cheese (Parmesan)
1 can of artichoke; cut into quarters
8 ozs of soured cream
2 packs of store bought spinach (frozen)
8 ozs of mushrooms (fresh); sliced
1/4 c of butter
1 pc of onion; diced
Instructions:
Saute onions using butter. Mix in the mushrooms. Mix thoroughly then remove from heat. Drain off excess water from spinach then place spinach inside baking dish, layer on top with the cooked mushroom, then the artichoke and soured cream.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top then bake for half and hour (350 degrees F), until cheese has melted.
