Creamy Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of beef (ground)
2 cans of tomato-sauce (8 oz)
1/2 lb of cottage-cheese
1/3 c of scallions; chopped
1 pack of spaghetti noodles (7 oz); cooked
1 Tbsp of butter
Pepper
Salt
8 oz of creamcheese
1/4 c of sourcream
1 Tbsp of chopped green bellpepper
2 Tbsps of melted butter
Instructions:
Have the beef cooked in heated butter ’til browned. Add the pepper, salt & tomato-sauce in. Set aside. In another bowl, you combine the creamcheese, cottage-cheese, bellpepper, onions & sourcream.
Spread one-half of he noodles in 2-qt casserole dish then cover w/ cheese-mixture. You add the rest of the noodles then pour over softened butter. Spread the meat-sauce all over then chill.
Twenty minutes before having the dish baked, have it removed from the refrigerator then bake dish at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 mins.
