South of the Border Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of cheese
1 canned olives (black); sliced
1 jar of salsa
1/4 c of scallions; minced
1 c of corn (frozen)
1 canned beans; re-fried
1 lb of grounded beef
Instructions:
Saute beef. Drain off excess oil. Take off from fire then add the salsa.
Add the scallions, olives and corn. Place beans inside your baking dish, half the amount of your meat mixture, vegetables, and then capping off with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top and pop in the oven for forty five minutes (350 degrees F). Best served with lettuce, soured cream, chips and tomatoes. May be served as a main course meal or salad.
