Souper Meat and Potatoes Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

Cheese (Cheddar); grated
Pepper
Salt
2 c of potatoes; mashed
2 Tbsps of parsley
1/4 c of crumbs (bread, fine texture)
1/4 c of onion
1 whole egg
1 lb of grounded beef
1 can of soup (cream of mushroom)

Instructions:

Preset oven (325 degrees F). Mix together cream of mushroom soup, ground beef, onions, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and mashed potatoes.

Place inside a baking dish and pop in the oven twenty five minutes (350 degrees F). Drain fat. Layer cheese on top then place back in the oven to thaw out cheese.
