Shrimp and Wild Rice Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 lbs of shrimp
1 box of Uncle-Ben’s Ready Rice Long Grain & Wild
3/4 c of water
3 cans of soup (cream of mushroom, 10.5 ozs)
1 sweet pepper (green, large); chopped
2 c of onion; chopped finely
1 jar of pimientos (2 ozs); diced
1 c of celery; chopped finely
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); grated
Instructions:
Boil and peel then devein the shrimp. Next, dilute the soup w/ water. Meanwhile, cook the rice as stated in package instructions.
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour in a rectangle-shaped Pyrex baking dish or a 3 quart casserole. Bake w/o cover over 350 deg F about 45 mins to an hr. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
