Shipwreck Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of bacon; sliced
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 pc of onion (large)
1 c of catsup
A can of pork-and-beans (32 ozs)
1/2 lb of sugar (brown)
Instructions:
In skillet or pan, cook slices of bacon ’til crisp. Then, remove and drain onto paper-towels. Crumble then set it aside. Next, drain the drippings out of pan.
Cook beef ’til brown and drain. Then, add in onion; cook for 5 mins ’til tender. Combine the sugar and catsup then blend into mixture of beef. Put in the pork-and-beans and bacon leaving 2 Tbsps aside.
Transfer into a square-shaped baking pan (8-inch). Top w/ the rest of bacon. Uncovered, bake over 350 deg F about an hr.
