Seven Can Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs breasts of chicken (whole); cooked & cut into pcs
A can of mushrooms (4 ozs); drained well
A can of vegetables (Chinese, 16 ozs); drained well
A can of water-chestnuts (8 ozs); sliced & drained well
A can of soup (cream of mushroom)
A can of soup (cream of celery)
A can of milk (evaporated, 13 ozs)
A can of rice or Chinese-noodles (16 ozs)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the rice or noodles. Bake over 350 deg F about 45 mins or ’til bubbly. Then, serve on top of rice or noodles.
