Ingredients:
1 lb of sausage (Italian); taken out of casing & crumbled
A pc of onion
A can of soup (cream of chicken)
3 cans of water (use the can of the soup)
1 c of rice (raw)
A can of mushrooms; well-drained
Instructions:
Brown the sausage w/ onion; drain. Then add remaining ingredients and put in greased deep dish. Cover then bake over 325 deg F about 1 hr.
