Saucy Salisbury Skillet Recipe
1 lb of beef (ground)
1/4 c of onion; chopped finely
1/2 tsp of salt
1 regular can of condensed soup (mushroom, Campbell’s)
1/4 c of water
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp of Worcestershire
1 c of carrot; sliced thinly
1 pack of cut frozen beans (green)
Mix the pepper, salt, beef and onion thoroughly; firmly shape to 4 oval-shaped patties. Next, brown the patties into skillet (shortening can be used when needed). Pour excess fat off.
Stir the rest of ingredients in. Cover and cook on low stove heat for 20 mins or ’til done. Occasionally stir; serves 4.
