Rice and Sour Cream Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of sour cream
1 c of green chili; chopped
3 c of rice; cooked
1 Tbsp of parsley; roughly chopped
A dash of salt
A dash of pepper
1 c of cheese (Monterey jack); shredded
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
Instructions:
Mix sour cream, chili, pepper, salt, parsley and rice together. Next, spoon half of mixture onto a casserole pan greased lightly.
Mix Cheddar and Monterey jack together then sprinkle half of cheese onto rice mix; top w/ remaining rice and cheese. To finish, bake over 350 deg F about 30 mins; makes 8 to 10 servings.
