Reuben Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag of sauerkraut (32 ozs); drained very well & squeezed w/ hands to dry
1 lb of corned-beef (deli-style); chipped
12 pcs of buttered rye-bread slicess; cut into 1-inch pcs
1/2 bottle of dressing (Thousand Island, 8 ozs)
1 lbs of cheese (Swiss); sliced
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 deg F). Meanwhile layer sauerkraut, corned-beef, the dressing the cheese in base of 13×9x2-inch casserole. Top w/ rye-bread cubes and bake w/o cover about 45 mians. Let it slightly cool so it sets before it is served.
