Potato Goulash Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of potatoes (scalloped, Betty Crocker)
1 lbs of beef (ground)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 can of tomatoes (whole-plum, 16 ozs) w/ liquid
1 c of celery; sliced
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (400 deg F). Meanwhile, place the slices of potato into an ungreased 2-quart deep dish and set it aside.
Then, brown beef w/ salt ’til cooked thoroughly then drain fat. Blend in the water, sauce mix, tomatoes w/ the liquid and celery; breaking the tomatoes up w/ use of fork.
Next, bring it to boil and frequently stir. Pour mixture onto potatoes and combine by stirring well. Cover then bake for 35 – 40 mins or ’til potatoes become tender. Serves 4 – 6
