Pork Tenderloin Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ozs of noodles (medium)
2 lbs of tenderloin (pork); cut to bite-size pcs
3 pcs of onions (small); chopped finely
1 sweet pepper (green, small); sliced
2 regular cans of soup (tomato)
1 c of water
1 cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Cook the noodles as stated in package instructions. Layer the noodles, the pork, the onion then the pepper into one casserole. Pour the water and soup over the pork.
Top w/ Parmesan and tightly cover. Bake about 2 hrs over 350 deg F. Makes 6 – 8 servings.
