Pork Chop Meal Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c rice (uncooked)
1 pc tomato; sliced
1 pc of sweet pepper (green); sliced into rings
4 pcs of porkchops
1 pc of onion; sliced
1 regular can of broth (beef)
1/2 c of water (if preferred)
1 tsp of Worcestershire (if preferred)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (375 degrees F). Next, place the rice into a casserole greased w/ butter. Brown the meat into skillet and arrange over the rice. Then, place one tomato slice, pepper then onion over every chop and add in broth.
Next, sprinkle w/ Worcestershire. Cover then bake about 60 – 75 mins. Test tenderness of the chops w/ use of fork. When moisture evaporates, add in water along w/ Worcestershire.
