Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs porkchops
6 pcs of potatoes; cut into pcs
3 pcs of onions (medium); sliced
Pepper and salt
1 regular can of soup (cream of mushroom)
1/4 c of water
1 sweet pepper (green); sliced
Instructions:
First, brown the chops. Next, layer chops, then the potatoes lastly w/ the onions into baking pan and season. When the 1st layer is complete, pour 1/2 of soup on it.
Layer one more time and season. Next, pour in the rest of soup followed w/ water on top of the layer and season. To finish, bake w/ cover for an hour to an hour and a half over 350 deg F.
A different method can be used, layer everything in the same manner but this time use crockpot instead of baking pan. Cook over low stove heat about 6 – 8 hrs or over high stove heat about 3.5 hrs.
