Overnight Salmon Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of stuffing-mix (dry, Pepperidge Farm)
1 can of salmon (large)
1/4 c of onions; chopped
1/2 c of celery; diced
1/4 c of bell pepper (green); chopped
1/4 c of mayonnaise (except Miracle Whip)
1 c of milk
2 pc eggs; beaten slightly
1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
Instructions:
Grease a deep dish (2.5 quart) with butter. Put in 1 c stuffing into dish. Combine all the other ingredients except cheese and place over stuffing.
Next, top w/ the last of the stuffing. Chill overnight. Before baking, top w/ cheese then bake over 350 deg F about 1 hr.
