Oven Baked Shrimp Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of egg Chinese noodles (medium, 8 ozs)
1 carton of sour cream (8 ozs)
1 can of soup (cream-of-mushroom, 8 ozs); not diluted
1 tsp of dill leaves
1/4 c of scallions; sliced
1/4 c of olives (black); sliced
1 c of cheese (Cheddar, 4 ozs); shredded & divided
A pack of shrimps (frozen, 16 ozs); thawed, drained, peeled & deveined
Instructions:
First, cook the noodles and drain; set it aside, Then, combine the soup, dill and sour cream in mixing bowl. Put in olives, onions, shrimp and 1/2 c of cheese. Combine well then stir noodles in.
Place into a lightly-greased shallow casserole (2 quarts). Cover then bake over 350 deg F about half an hour. Remove cover then sprinkle w/ remaining half cup of cheese.
To finish, bake for 5 mins or ’til cheese will melt; makes 6 – 8 servings.
