More and More Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of fat
3/4 tsp of garlic-flavored salt
2 pcs of onions; finely chopped
A dash of salt
A dash of pepper
1 sweet pepper (green); chopped
12-14 ozs of spaghetti; well-cooked & drained
1 lb of meat (ground)
1 can of tomatoes (20 ozs)
1 Tbsp of powdered chili
1 c of water
1 can of mushrooms (4 ozs)
1 can of peas (15 ozs)
2 c of cheese (sharp); grated
1 c of olives (black); sliced

Instructions:

First, preheat the oven (350 deg F). Then, grease a big baking pan. Melt the fat; cook garlic-flavored salt, pepper then onions but don’t brown. Next, add meat then brown.

Next, add in tomatoes, powdered chili then water. Cook w/ cover on low stove heat about half an hour. Add peas, corn, mushrooms, pepper, olives and salt. Add spaghetti into sauce then blend well.

Then, fill the baking pan w/ 1/2 of spaghetti mix and cover w/ 1/2 cheese. Do the layering again. Bake for 20-30 mins. Good for 12-14.
