Mexican-Style Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 – 8 patties (hash-brown); frozen
1 c of meat; cooked & thinly sliced or chopped
1/2 – 1 c of onions; chopped finely
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 regular can of soup (cream of mushroom, 10-3/4 ozs)
1 c of salsa (add more when desired)
Instructions:
First, place the patties into a baking pan that has been earlier sprayed lightly. Top w/ meat, onions then cheese. Next, spoon soup on top of cheese then cover w/ salsa.
Over 350 deg F, bake 40 mins or ’til potatoes become tender.
