Mexican Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of chicken; well-cooked, deboned then cut to pieces, or
2 c of chicken (Schwans); cooked & diced
1 regular can of soup (chicken)
1 regular can of soup (mushroom)
1 regular can of tomatoes (Ro-Tel)
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped
1 pack of Doritos
2 c of cheese; grated & divided
Instructions:
In one casserole pan, layer the chicken, then the onion, a c of cheese then chips. Meanwhile, in a separate mixing bowl, combine soups and tomatoes; pour mixture into the pan. Top w/ remaining cheese. Over 350 deg F, bake for 40 mins.
