Mexican Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of Campbell’s soup (Nacho Dip or Cheddar Cheese)
1 can of soup (cream of chicken)
1.5 lbs of beef (ground)
8 ozs of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 pc of onion (large)
Peppers (Jalapeno) for taste
1 bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese, 9 ozs)
1 can of milk (evaporated, 12 to 13 ozs)
Instructions:
Brown the meat; drain. Then, add peppers, onions, milk and soups. Simmer about 5 mins. Place 1/2 of the Doritos into one casserole pan sprayed w/ PAM.
Add 1/2 of the meat mix then layer. To finish, top w/ Cheddar then bake w/o cover over 400 deg F about 20 to 25 mins.
