Mexican Casserole Ole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lbs of beef (ground)
1 pack of seasoning for tacos
1 regular can of beans (ranch-style)
1 pack cheese (Mexican); shredded & divided
1 regular can of soup (mushroom)
1 regular can of tomatoes (Ro-Tel)
1 pack of chips (tortilla)
Instructions:
Cook the beef and thoroughly drain. Add the seasoning (Taco) as stated in package directions. Combine soup, beans, tomatoes, and half the cheese into a large bowl. Then, layer the chips onto the base of casserole pan (9-inch square-shaped).
Add the meat. Layer another batch of chips over the meat and add the mix from the bowl. To finish, top w/ chips then w/ the last of the cheese. Over 350 deg F, bake ’til cheese melts.
