Lutheran Hot Dish/Funeral Hot Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of macaroni (dry)
1 lb of beef (ground)
10.75 oz of canned soup (tomato)
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped
14 oz of corn (canned); drained
14 oz of tomatoes (canned)
Catsup (or salsa, to taste)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cheese slices (American)
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni according to its package instructions. Cook the beef with onion till meat is browned. Combine soup, onion, corn, tomatoes, catsup, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly with macaroni and beef with onion.
Place the slices of cheese on to. Bake (325 degrees F) for half an hour.
