Low Country Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of shrimp; cooked, peeled, and deveined
2 c of breadcrumbs
2 c of juice (tomato)
3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of hot sauce (Tabasco)
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire
1 c of ketchup
Instructions:
Combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, tomato juice, salt, butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and ketchup; mix them well. Transfer on a baking glass dish. Bake (350 degrees F) for half an hour.
