Liver Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of liver; rinsed and pat dry
Flour; sifted
10.7 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
5.35 oz of milk (or water)
1 can of onion rings (French fried)
Instructions:
Cut the liver to 1-1/2×2-inch strips. Coat with flour then season; cook till browned. Combine soup, milk. and onion rings; mix thoroughly and transfer on the casserole.
Arrange the liver above. Bake (350 degrees F), uncovered for more than an hour.
