Little Mermaid Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
7 oz of tuna (canned); drained
8 oz of artichokes (drained); drained
2 Tbsps of flour
3 Tbsps of melted butter
1-1/2 c of milk (whole)
1/2 tsp of salt
Pepper (to taste)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
4 oz of mushrooms (canned); drained
1/4 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (375 degrees F). Arrange the artichokes on greased 1-qt baking glass dish. Spread flaked tuna above the artichokes. Combine flour and butter inside a saucepan above gentle heat; gradually add the milk and cook till thickened.
Add Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Add the mushrooms and pour onto the dish. Spread cheese on top. Bake inside preheated oven for twenty mins.
