Lemon Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pc of chicken meat (breasts); cooked and chopped
10.75 oz of canned soup (cream of chicken)
1 c of sour cream (dairy)
1/2 c of juice (lemon)
1/2 c of melted butter (or margarine)
1 pk of round crackers (butter-flavored ); crushed
3 Tbsps of poppy seeds
Instructions:
Spread the chopped chicken on the base of greased 9×13-inch baking glass dish. Combine (sour) cream, juice, and soup; mix them well and pour onto chicken inside the dish.
Sprinkle over crumbs and drizzle over melted butter. Sprinkle (poppy) seeds on top and bake (350 degrees F) for 30-45 mins.
