Italian Shrimp-Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of butter (unsalted)
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped coarsely
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped coarsely
4 lbs of shrimp (frozen or fresh); shelled, deveined and rinsed
1/2 c of chopped parsley (fresh)
1 Tbsp of garlic (powder)
1 pc of egg (large)
1 lb of spaghetti (or other pasta)
2 pcs of bay leaves
2 Tbsps of crab boil
1/2 pc of bell pepper
Parmesan cheese
Instructions;
Melt the butter and saute the onion, pepper, and garlic. Add the shrimp, (crab) boil, (bay) leaves, powdered garlic, and parsley; simmer it for 30-45 mins. Cook the spaghetti then drain well.
Beat the egg then add two tablespoons of the sauce; beat mixture again then pour onto the spaghetti and mix them well. Add Parmesan then add Parmesan to the mixture of shrimp.
Pour the mixture of shrimp onto the spaghetti; blend them well. Transfer onto a baking dish. Bake (350 degrees F) for half an hour. Let it cool then serve.
