Husband Delight Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of beef (ground)
1 pc of onions (large)
1 tsp of salt
Salt (garlic, to taste)
Pepper (black, to taste)
3 oz of cream cheese
2 c of tomato sauce
1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 c of sour cream (dairy)
8 oz of packed noodles (or spaghetti)

Instructions:

Brown the beef with onion; drain off the fat. Season salts and pepper; add the (tomato) sauce. Let it simmer, at about 15 mins. Cook the noodles as stated in its package instructions.

Combine (cream) cheese and (sour) cream; blend them well. Slightly grease 13×9-inch baking dish and layer the noodles, next the meat mixture, then the mixture of (cream) cheese, and sprinkle Cheddar cheese above. Bake inside preheated oven (350 degrees F) for twenty mins.
