Hungry Jack Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 lb of hamburger
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1 pc of onion; chopped
1/2 c of catsup
Salt (to taste)
3/4 c of cheese; shredded
1/2 c of sauce (barbecue)
1 lb & 12 oz of pork & beans (canned)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
1 can of biscuits (Hungry Jack); halved
2 Tbsps of vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Fry the hamburger with the onion till meat is browned. Add sugar, sauce, salt, pork & beans, vinegar, Worcestershire, and catsup; mix them well and transfer on a 2-qt casserole.
Bake inside preheated oven for twenty mins. Arrange the biscuits on top around its edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese atop the biscuits then bake again till browned.
