Hot Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
10.75 oz of canned condensed soup (cream of chicken)
1 c of celery; diced
6 oz of tuna (canned); drained
1/4 c of onion; chopped finely
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black, ground)
1 c of potato chips; crushed
3 pcs of eggs (hard boiled); sliced
Egg slices (for garnish)
Chopped parsley (fresh, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (400 degrees F). Combine soup, celery, tuna, onion, salt, pepper, and dressing; mix thoroughly and carefully add the slices of eggs.
Transfer mixture on a 1-1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle over crushed chips. Place inside preheated oven and bake for 25 mins. Garnish as desired.
