Hot Shrimp Salad Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of shrimp; cooked
2 c of celery; diced
1/2 c of chestnuts (water); sliced
2 pcs of eggs (hard boiled); chopped
1/4 c of mayonnaise
2 tsps of juice (lemon)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of onion; grated
1/2 c of grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 c of potato chips (unsalted); crushed
Instructions:
Combine celery, chestnuts, eggs, and shrimp inside a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, salt, onion, and juice; blend thoroughly and add onto the mixture of shrimp.
Stir them well and transfer on a greased 11×8-inch casserole and top crushed chips and Cheddar cheese. Bake (400 degrees F) for twenty mins till bubbling.
