Hobo Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of onion (medium); sliced
1 lb of beef (ground)
2 pcs of potatoes (large); sliced
Seasoning (Salt & Pepper)
1 pc of bell pepper (green); sliced
Worcestershire
2 pcs of carrots (fresh); sliced

Instructions:

Arrange the beef on a baking dish or casserole into one layer, then add another layer of onions, another layer of bell pepper, another layer of potatoes, and another layer of carrots.

Sprinkle salt and pepper. Drizzle over the Worcestershire sauce liberally. Bake (375 degrees F) for seventy-five mins.
