Hearty Fiesta Cassoulet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of uncooked pasta (angel hair)
28.5 oz of canned diced tomatoes
30.5 oz of canned beans (black)
2/3 c of corn (frozen)
9 oz of sausage (smoked); sliced thinly
2-1/4 tsps of salt (garlic)
1 tsp of pepper flakes (red)
2 Tbsps of grated cheese (Jack)
Instructions:
Combine the pasta, tomatoes, beans, corn, sausage, salt, pepper, flakes, and grated cheese inside a saucepan. Add 70.25 ounces of clean water; stir thoroughly and let it boil, covered. Lower down the heat then simmer it for ten mins.
Ladle onto serving bowls and garnish pepper flakes and grated Jack.
